Speaking and Writing on Arbitration

Emilia regularly speaks and writes on arbitration. Most recently, she co-authored an article with Fanny Gleiss Wilborg entitled “What is the Difference Between a Judge and an Arbitrator?”, published in the Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook 2023.

Emilia regularly appears as a speaker and moderator in the arbitration field.

In 2026, she was the opening speaker at the SAA and SCC Diploma Course for International Arbitrators and also a speaker at the FAI/FAA Arbitration Masterclass.

In 2025, she moderated an arbitration panel at Swedish Arbitration Days and, in 2023, spoke at the GAR Live debate in Stockholm.
